ScotWeb Studio is a trading style of AI Regenesis Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it. We are the data controller for that information.

What we collect

We only collect the information you choose to give us through our enquiry and free-preview forms: your name, business name, email address, phone number, location, existing website or social page, type of business, the package you're interested in, and your message. We also record the consent you give and the date of your enquiry.

Our forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, an anti-spam check that may process your IP address and basic device/challenge information to confirm you are a genuine visitor. This is provided by Cloudflare, Inc.

Why we collect it (lawful basis)

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote or preview, and provide the services you ask about. Our lawful basis is your consent (given via the form's consent checkbox) and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. We do not use your details for unrelated marketing without asking you first, and we never sell your data.

Who processes your data

• Cloudflare — spam protection on our forms.
• Hostinger — our email provider, used to send and receive enquiry messages.
• Our hosting provider (VPS) — stores the website and enquiry database securely.

These providers act on our behalf and are only given the data needed to perform their service.

Cookies

The public website uses only essential cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile may set a short-lived cookie to run its security check. Our admin area uses a secure session cookie for login. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to deal with your request and to keep reasonable business records, after which it is deleted. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to withdraw consent, and to object to or restrict our use of it. To exercise any of these, email hello@scotwebstudio.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
